Visit csgobig.com and ensure you are logged in. Click on the "Wallet" button located at the top of the navigation bar. In the wallet menu, select "Gift Cards" and confirm that the "Kinguin" option is selected (this should be preselected by default). Enter your gift card code in the input box at the bottom and click "Activate Gift Card".
